I’ve had to update WordPress three times this week, since they keep coming out with new updates. Is it worth it? I think so. It takes less than 5 minutes and I feel that if the update wasn’t worth it, they never would have bothered uploading it and letting us know about it.
So remember to keep your site applications like WordPress, Joomla, phpBB, etc. up to date.
*Note: Many of these groups have recently made it possibly to sign up for their update mailing list. This is a wonderful addition and a welcome tool. Sign up and find out when they update right away. It could save you many headaches in the future!
